Below are a number of local organisations and support groups that may be of interest to the families we work with.
Reaching Families is a very established charity working with all disabilities covering West Sussex and the South Coast. They have a Facebook support group, arrange face to face meet ups for parent carers and offer various courses. They also have an incredible (free) disability guide.
Autism Crawley cover all things autism in Crawley and the surrounding area. They arrange great events and have a great Facebook support group.
Special Families East Grinstead is a Community Support Group offering regular coffee mornings.
SEDS Connective is a charity for adults and children with types of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome or Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder. It is aimed at all ages, adults as well as children. They offer meet ups and an online support group.
AMAZE offers support for families in East Sussex and Brighton.
Super Siblings was originally set up to support siblings in families where there is a disabled child. They have some wonderful events.
mASCot is a fantastic parent led peer to peer support network for families with Autistic children in Brighton, Hove and the surrounding areas.
